2. Account Registration
2.1 Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
2.2 You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.3 We reserve the right to terminate accounts for suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Product Information & Accuracy
3.1 We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors or modify pricing without notice.
3.2 Product Sensitivity: Skincare results vary. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and performing patch tests.
4. Orders & Payments
4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.2 Prices are inclusive of applicable UAE taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.3 We reserve the right to verify billing and shipping details before fulfillment.
5. Shipping & International Duties
5.1 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
5.2 International Orders: Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by local authorities.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Returns are accepted only for damaged/defective products, subject to inspection.
6.2 Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs are the property of GCC BAZAAR FZE. Reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
GCC BAZAAR shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Customers assume full responsibility for allergic reactions or product suitability.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any unresolved disputes shall be referred to UAE courts with exclusive jurisdiction.
