At our store, customer satisfaction and product safety are paramount. Given the hygienic nature of skincare and beauty products, we maintain a strictly regulated return policy to ensure the integrity and safety of our inventory.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are only authorized in the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify for a return request, the following criteria must be met:
- Notification must be provided within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original commercial packaging.
- All factory seals, labels, and protective wraps must remain intact.
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to global health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Opened or sampled skincare or cosmetic items.
- Products with tampered seals or missing original box/wrapping.
- Items purchased during clearance, flash sales, or promotional events.
- Returns based on “Change of Mind,” personal preference, or skin compatibility issues.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the event of a shipping error or damaged arrival, please contact our support team immediately with the following documentation:

Processing: Upon approval, we will facilitate a product replacement or issue store credit. Refunds are issued only under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the management.
