Refund & Return Policy

At GCC BAZAAR FZE, customer satisfaction and product safety are paramount. Given the hygienic nature of skincare and beauty products, we maintain a strictly regulated policy to ensure the integrity and safety of our inventory.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are only authorized if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify, the following criteria must be met:
- Notification must be provided within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original commercial packaging.
- All factory seals and protective wraps must remain intact.
Refund Policy
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be initiated.
“Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
- If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed to the original payment mode.
- Once an order is dispatched or marked as “Shipped,” cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard Return Policy will apply.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or sampled skincare/cosmetic items.
- Items purchased during clearance or flash sales.
- Returns based on “Change of Mind” or skin compatibility issues.
